Elbee Home Brownie Pan with Dividers, 13 x 9 Inch Nonstick Carbon

About This Item

• CUTS AS IT BAKES - This brownie divider pan puts the frame right in the batter, so it cuts brownies into even squares while baking. The divider makes 28 brownies per tray, pre portioned squares that separate without a knife instead of a slab you carve up.
• REMOVABLE DIVIDER - A brownie baking pan with dividers only helps if the frame comes out: the carbon steel divider insert lifts out after baking, so the same 13 x 9 inch tin works with it or without it, with even heat distribution throughout.
• MORE THAN BROWNIES - It works as a baking pan for cakes and for roasting food in the oven when the divider is removed, doubles as a fudge pan with cutter built in, and serves as a sheet cake cutter for bar cookies.
• FOR BAKE SALES AND POTLUCKS - Even portions matter when you serve a crowd. This is where it earns its keep, letting home bakers serve evenly portioned brownies without measuring anything by eye.
• GREASE THE DIVIDER, NOT JUST THE PAN - Spray or butter both the pan and the divider before the batter goes in, and push the divider into an evenly spread batter. Do that and the squares lift out clean; skip it and the divider is where brownies stick.
• DISHWASHER SAFE, DIVIDER LIKES A SOAK - Both pieces go in the machine. The divider's corners hold on to crumbs, so a few minutes in warm water first saves scrubbing.
