Shipping Policy
GlobalPrep Kitchen is operated by Goodfield Commerce LLC and currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
We work to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Most orders arrive within the normal delivery estimates shown below. However, delivery times may vary depending on the product, inventory availability, fulfillment location, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing includes order review, inventory confirmation, fulfillment coordination, packing, and preparation for carrier pickup.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
The total delivery estimates listed below begin on the date the order is placed and already include the normal 1–3 business day processing period.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Priority Processing & Tracked Shipping
Shipping charge: $7.90
Normal estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days from the order date
Extended estimate in unusual circumstances: approximately 6–13 business days from the order date
Standard Tracked Shipping
Shipping charge: $4.90
Normal estimated total delivery time: 5–10 business days from the order date
Extended estimate in unusual circumstances: approximately 8–15 business days from the order date
Most orders arrive within the normal estimated delivery period. The extended estimates are intended for unusual circumstances such as inventory confirmation delays, fulfillment-location changes, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other unexpected events.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Selecting Priority Processing & Tracked Shipping does not eliminate the possibility of carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Products with Longer Delivery Times
Certain products may require a longer fulfillment or delivery period. When applicable, an estimated delivery time of approximately 15–25 business days will be clearly disclosed on the product page or before the order is completed.
Customers should review any product-specific delivery information before placing an order. Product-specific delivery estimates take priority over the general estimates stated in this policy.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after a shipping label is created or after the package is transferred to the carrier. The creation of a shipping label does not always mean that the carrier has already scanned or physically received the package.
Multiple Packages and Fulfillment Locations
Products in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, an order may arrive in two or more separate packages on different dates.
When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment. Separate packages do not normally result in additional shipping charges after checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review the recipient’s name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address carefully before completing an order.
If an address error is discovered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to request a correction, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the responsibility of the customer.
Carrier Delays and Unexpected Circumstances
Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including, but not limited to:
Carrier congestion or operational disruptions
Severe weather or natural disasters
Weekends and U.S. federal holidays
Inventory or fulfillment-location changes
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Restricted-access locations or unsuccessful delivery attempts
Package transfers between carriers
Unexpected supplier or warehouse delays
If a significant delay occurs, we may contact you with an updated estimate or other available options.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or if an order has not arrived within the applicable extended estimate, please contact us with your order number.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, please check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, building office, household members, and nearby neighbors. Carriers may occasionally mark a package as delivered shortly before the actual delivery is completed.
We may ask the customer to allow a reasonable amount of time for a carrier investigation or delivery-location review before a replacement or refund decision is made.
Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. To review the issue, we may request clear photographs of:
The damaged product
The exterior and interior packaging
The shipping label
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect parts
Please keep the product and all packaging materials until the review is complete and further instructions are provided.
Returns
Our business address is not a return address. Please do not send products to our business address or to any other location without prior return authorization.
Return locations may vary depending on the product, supplier, fulfillment location, and order. The correct return address and return instructions will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Products sent without authorization, sent to the wrong address, or returned outside the provided instructions may not be eligible for a refund.
