Yes. Eligible U.S. orders of $70 or more receive free Standard Tracked Shipping. Expedited delivery is available only for eligible products and destinations when shown at checkout, and additional charges may apply.

To request a return or exchange, email support@globalprepkitchen.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, reason for the request, and photos for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items. Wait for authorization before sending any item.
